For the initial deep cleaning we thoroughly clean all the rooms in your home, including: dusting all furniture, cobweb removal, windowsill cleaning, baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, light switches, doors and handles, clean under furniture and beds (if possible) vacuuming and mopping all floor. We deep clean the bathrooms. In the kitchen, we clean outside of all cabnets, clean the counters and stove top, inside the microwave, outside the fridge and oven (inside only upon request) vaccum and mop floor.

In a move in/move out cleaning, we clean the inside all closets, inside all kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and inside all kitchen appliances.

A $50 down payment will be required to hold your appointment. Instructions on how down payment can be made will be sent ones estimate for cleaning is submitted.

Cancelation Policy:

Contact us 48hrs prior to your appointment.

Reschedule for a different day within the same week of cleaning so we stay in rotation with your original appointment.

If you are on a biweekly cleaning rotation and we skip one cleaning you will be charged an hourly rate for the next scheduled cleaning.

If you fail to comply a $75 cancellation fee will be applied to your next cleaning.
