  • Pools will not be released prior to 100% paid

Delivery
  • Delivery is to be paid to the providers directly
  • They follow the pricing and the inclusions/terms that are in your accepted quote
  • Do look at the terms as we provide what is required to get you up and running after your base preparation
  • For anything else such as crane, removal of fencing, ferries etc talk to them directly
  • You must have your base and pad ready for the shell and equipment

Installation
  • Are you DIY install? Docs on the website
  • Install is to be paid to the providers directly
  • On the day the pool will need to be full to 200-300mm of water.
  • They follow the pricing and the inclusions/terms that are in your accepted quote
  • Do look at the terms as we provide what is required to get you up and running after your base preparation
  • For anything else such as light conduit, channels, painting, backfill etc talk to them directly
  • The pool must be filled within 24-48 hours after installation
  • There is a maintenance page once installed for you to take a look at
